Lawn Fertilization with Weed Control
Our Fertilization with Weed Control Program is rooted in our professionally designed treatments. Our program includes five applications for the season, each tailored for the specific time of year, and includes our weed free and green guarantee.
Early Spring
We apply a specially blended fertilizer to bring the lawn out of the winter dormancy. A broadleaf herbicide is added to control early broadleaf weeds.
Late Spring
The roots are still active: this application continues bringing the lawns up to their growing peak with our specially balanced fertilizer. A broadleaf herbicide in the mix controls active weeds and a pre-emergent herbicide is included to help control crabgrass, spurge and other stubborn weeds that would otherwise show up later in the season.
Fall
This is recognized as the most important of all the applications for the health of a lawn. Our fertilizer is blended to feed your lawns’ roots through its winter dormancy. A healthy lawn going into winter will be more disease resistant and a stronger lawn in the spring
Early Summer
During this application more balanced fertilizer is added as well as weed controlling herbicides as necessary. The weather plays a very important role in the blend during the summer months. Our signature blends really promote greener, thicker lawns without undue growth.
Late Summer
This application continues the summer feeding of the lawns and weed control as necessary. You can really see the lawns changing…greener and greener.
